To my darling little angel you were and always be the light of my life.
I only had you for a short time but you will never be forgotten. You were very special in scbu and all the nurses loved you.

Our lives changed in december 06 when I gave birth at 29 weeks too our beautiful twins poppy who was born first and only weighed 2lb 11oz and was perfect but small she was very loud and crying when she was born they rushed her up to the scbu and then is was presleys turn he was born a few miunets later he was born 3lb 12.5oz he was crying very loud and perfect and they then tookhim to scbu to be with poppy.
It was a few hours before i could go and see the twins but when I finally got to see them it was amazing to see how small and perfect they were.
For 7 days I did not leave the hospital i was there from morning to night they both came on in leaps and bounds they were putting on weight and growing fast they were feeding really well.
My mum had my other children so i could be with the twins.
Then on the 8th day I went to register the birth of my beautiful twins I went to the hospital after and i was rushed in to a side room and i was told that poppy was not well and the doctors were with her, poppy detirorated very fast and was rushed back to icu where the doctors did everything for her they they then tried to transport her to cardiff hospital for an operation because she had a condition called NEC but everytime they put her in a transporting incubator her heart beat and blood pressure whent sky high and they would have to stop and put her back in her incubator.
Then on 22nd december 2006 poppy finally gave up fighting and with all her family around her she passed away to go and be another flower in gods garden.
We had a few hours with poppy and we were able to bath her and dress her and spend some time with her and then all the family came to see her and spend some time with her and then she got to meet her brother presley for the first time since they were born and that was very hard.We then had poppy blessed by the hospital chaplin and she wore my christening gown from when i was a baby.
The next few days went past in a daze christmas came and went and new year the same and then on the 4th jan was the time to bury my daling little angel it was a lovely service and everything was perfect for her send off all poppys friends and family where there .
But life goes on and poppy lives on in presley but poppy will never be forgotten.

Poppy, i dont kno where to start, i know your not still with us, but your always in my heartt. Itss nearly 4 years since you have gone, but ill never forget you. You were very small buh also very beautiful. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, butt love leaves a memory no one can steal, the best memory ill ever have is the moment that i met you and presley, the hardest moment of my life so far was saying bye to you when i barely even knew you. I look out through my window every night and look up, the only star i see, is the brightest in the sky, therefore i know that itss you. there is not a moment that passes that i dnt think about you!

And felt your heart-sent love.

Now, from Heaven up above.
You’re wondering if I’ll celebrate
My Birthday (way up here).
I know you’re missing me today
I feel your essence near.
God planned a special day for me,
He told me with a wink.
He’d ordered me a special cake
(It’s Angel food, I think).
Balloons will fill the streets for me,
They float up through the clouds.
And we have lots of friends up here
That make us laugh out loud.
There is a Birthday carousel,
Jewelled horses ride the wind,
With music playing, oh so sweet…
The magic never ends.
I’ve made so many friends, you see
We laugh and play and sing.
We ride our bikes and play jump rope
And sleep in Angel’s wings.
We’ll have our cake and ice cream
And open gifts - SURPRISE!
But we don’t blow out our candles here
